How do I choose the right color for my hair extensions?
Maybe not entirely obvious - you start from the color of your own ends regardless of what color you have on your scalp when choosing the color of the lengths - to avoid getting a color difference in the transition from where your own hair ends and where the extensions ''begins''. We want to avoid that old extension edge.
If you have a root shadow, you can also choose from our balayage colors or root colors so that the attachments blend in and do not risk being visible.
We are always close at hand when it comes to color choices. Email us at info@anasweden.se - send a picture of your hair in different lights incl. the ends, and we will get back to you the same day with a color choice that suits you.
How do I best take care of my hair extensions?
Hair extensions need to be cared for just like your natural hair with care, protection and the right products.
We recommend that you use professional hair care products, preferably in consultation with your hairdresser, to preserve the quality and longevity of your hair.

How long will my hair extensions from you last?
Our hair extensions are 100% real, which means they work almost exactly like your own hair. They need care, protection and attention. To take the best care of your hair extensions, please read our care instructions.
We recommend that your keratin hair is not left in for longer than 3 months even though the quality is still good - when your hair has grown and the keratin attachments have worn down a bit, it can put a strain on your hair. The quality of our hair extensions lasts up to 8 months with proper care.
We recommend that your tape hair stays in place for between 6-8 weeks under the same insertion. After that, you rotate your tape hair, i.e. you move the attachments up again. We do not recommend that the hair stays in place for longer than 8 weeks under the same insertion as it can strain your own hair. The quality of our hair extensions lasts up to 8 months with proper care.
What is the quality of your hair extensions?
Our hair extensions are always 100% real and 100% remy. This means that the hair's cuticle lies flat along the strand, making it tangle-free and easy to manage.
Our hair extensions are also double-drawn, meaning the strands are equally full from tip to root. This gives you complete freedom to shape your hair and look exactly how you want – whether you prefer fuller ends, a more tapered look, or something in between.
Whether you are a beginner to hair extensions or are already an avid user, we know that the most important thing for you is that your hair extensions look natural and meet your wishes.
How does your Hair Recycling Program work?
When you order new hair extensions from us, you have the opportunity to contribute to our sustainability work. At checkout, you can choose to send in your used hair extensions – hair that you might otherwise have thrown away. You will receive a return bag for your old hair extensions in connection with your hair delivery. Please note that we only accept hair extensions that you have previously purchased from Ana Sweden.
Once we receive your hair, you will receive a 10% discount code that you can use on your next purchase within 5 months. The hair you submit will then be recycled through our Hair Recycling Program and converted into new hair extensions.

Can I return my hair extensions if the color doesn't fit?
It is perfectly possible to change the color or make a return. However, make sure that the hair extensions are unused - that the attachments are intact and the hair extensions are in the same condition as when you received them. If you need help, you can email info@anasweden.se - we will get back to you the same day.

How do I become a corporate customer?
Do you want to use Ana Sweden's hair extensions in the salon or sell them in your webshop? No problem!
You apply by filling out this form . To be approved, you must run an e-commerce business, beauty shop or be a hairdresser/stylist.
When you become a corporate customer, you buy Ana Sweden's hair extensions at discounted prices - and get access to other materials.
What is your delivery time?
We are working as fast as we can to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with more information and a tracking number. Normal delivery time is 6-8 business days after order is received. Delivery time varies depending on your location.
